Terms and conditions

* The registration period starts 11.04.2024 at 12 O’clock. Until 1 O’clock p.m., every registration will be collected, and the participants will be drawn and informed via email.
* If you didn’t get a place in the webinar, you will be on the waiting list. As soon as someone withdraws from the webinar, we will fill the places with participants from the waiting list and send an email accordingly.
* If you cannot participate, please send an email, or sign yourself out on StudOn independently. This is possible until five days ahead of the seminar.
* If you don’t participate in the seminar you´ll be banned from seminars of this and the next semester.

Description:
The study period is filled with new experiences, encounters and knowledge – and above all, the opportunity to prepare for your own career. Find out in our webinar what organisations pay particular attention to when hiring graduates. This background knowledge will help you use the study time efficiently to build up your key qualifications, so that you can better meet the criteria for your desired position. Using specific case studies, we show which activities (e.g., internships, employment, further training and additional qualifications) can be of benefit to you. This knowledge helps you to develop a concrete strategy for expanding your competencies during your time at university.

» Developing key competencies through the implementation of targeted career-promoting activities.
Teacher:
Sandra Adam has a degree in Educational Sciences and English and has worked as an HR consultant for many years. She has been responsible for recruitment processes in different industries and regarding positions on varying hierarchy levels. In addition, her broad knowledge in the field of HR management includes outplacement procedures as well as other personnel projects.
