About the referent Franka Elsbett-Klumpers:
Since 2005, I have been working independently as a freelance trainer and consultant, focusing on personal and professional development. Prior to this, I served as a marketing manager in China and Malaysia, and later took on various HR leadership roles in both large corporations and medium-sized companies in Germany. I am a certified trainer for business etiquette and specialize in communication, presentation, and intercultural competence. My goal ist o empower individuals and teams to reach their full potential in diverse professional environments.
